Intentional Collaborative Community Connection is a group of individuals working to create something that is urgently needed: A residential community designed for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Right now there is a severe shortage of safe, affordable, meaningful, long-term housing. and wait lists can be up to 3 years or longer. IC3 exists to offer a solution!

Our goal is to increase safety and stability, reduce social isolation, and provide consistent access to social, recreational, enrichment and vocational opportunities.

Our design offers "pocket style" neighborhoods - nothing commercial or institutional!

We plan to offer mixed-housing options for 125 - 130 people with IDD, a nature - inspired campus with walking paths, green spaces with differing amenities, and gathering areas that foster natural social interaction, as well as a robust Community Center.

We know this approach works..communities like this are already demonstrating improved quality of life. with local housig waitists already stretching three years or more, the deman for a community like this is TODAY!
