CROWD COLLABORATION 

Kind of like karaoke with Papa Kiszka and the Voortex as the Karaoke machine.  Get up on stage to play or sing with the band.  Let Papa K know you're interested at the event and he'll get as many up on stage as he can in the given time.  This is just as much fun to watch as it is to participate in!

MAJOR CHORDS FOR MINORS
Every kid deserves to experience the joy and confidence of doing what they love, no matter their family’s income or background. At Major Chords for Minors, that means making music. Free lessons, real instruments and creative mentorship for Saginaw’s youth. Together we’re breaking down financial barriers and building a stronger, more creative community. The Major Chords for Minors performance will include students from the program who are ready to show off their talents on stage!​

CHASE SINGER

Chase Singer brings five years of seasoned band experience to the stage for a fresh, captivating solo set at the Parking Lot Party. Blending the rhythmic groove of rock with the intimate storytelling of folk, he creates a unique, chill sound that’s perfect for a sunny afternoon of dancing and community celebration. Currently buzzing off the release of his  debut solo single, "Know You’ll Be Here," and cooking up a mix of soulful originals and re-imagined covers, Chase Singer  is also a member of the exciting new band Foxy Cleopatra. Pull up a chair, grab some food, and vibe along.

ØSLO
Based right in Frankenmuth, Michigan. Øslo, is an alternative rock project that blends catchy melodies, soaring guitar solos, and big sounding drums resulting in alternative rock with its own twist.

ROCKY LEROE
Rocky LeRoe’s music is a sonic revival of the 60s and 70s, capturing the passion and connection of a bygone era . THE WILD LIFE
The Wild Life sounds like what happens when four grownups with too many feelings try to outrun burnout with guitars, friendship, and loud choruses; somewhere between a late-night drive and a trailhead you keep coming back to. Blending explosive alt-rock energy with unfiltered, deeply relatable lyrics, the band writes songs about self-doubt, endurance, and the quiet moments where people choose to stay, avoid, or finally speak up. Known for cathartic live shows and emotionally direct songwriting, The Wild Life balances introspection with hooks, humor, and big dynamic swings. Whether delivering high-energy anthems or vulnerable slow-burners, the band embraces imperfection, finding connection in the messy in-between, like a campsite held together with duct tape, coffee, and one more song.

THEREWOLF
As Michigan's premier purveyors of Canoe Rock, Therewolf occupies a musical space that didn't exist until they decided it should. Formed by longtime collaborators Drew Pentkowski (lead vocals, guitar), Allison Scott (bass), and Andy Scott (backing vocals, drums), the band has been playing music together since 2018, as members of Barbarossa Brothers. This trio has been gradually shaping a sound defined as much by instinct and trust as by structure.   Officially performing as Therewolf since 2022, the band leans into the sub-sub genre, "Canoe Rock"...an as-yet undefined genre of their own making, marked more by feel, momentum, and shared chemistry than strict musical rules. Allison and Andy (who are married, though the rhythm section insists this is purely coincidental) lock in the groove while Drew steers the songs forward, resulting in music that feels both intentional and slightly unmoored.   Therewolf is currently in the process of recording their first original LP, giving hope that Canoe Rock, whatever it is, is very much afloat.

Coming atchu out of Bay City, MI, The Hellbound Drifters bring their own unique brand of midwestern americana prog with plenty of sweltering twang, ethereal whale noises, infectious bass grooves, and insanely tight rhythms on the drums. These here fellerz slang original music and clever covers of a variety that will swamp your brain in appreciation for the atmospheric twang they bring. A trifecta of talent and song writing prowess, the Hellbound Drifters catch ablaze damn near every time they take the stage and leaves nothing to be desired—except for MORE tasty jams.

PAPA KISZKA AND THE VOORTEX JAZZ & BLUES BAND

Papa Kiszka is a blues harmonica player and vocalist who joined forces with The Voortex Jazz & Blues Band to bring together a talented combination of musicians who captivate audiences by delivering the best traditional and electric blues classics and originals. These musicians have been performing for years at venues and festivals throughout Michigan. 
Opening and performing with the likes of Larry McCray, Thornetta Davis, Frank Bang, Jim Martinez, 
and Chicago Blues Hall of Famer John Watkins.
